If you want online stores then go down the list on mr2oc under sponsored vendors, there are about 5-6 which have reasonable items that are actually easily shipped from the US.

There are also 2-3 unusual mr2 stores that I had not heard of until very recently, one selling hydraulic engine lid stays and oem coolant bleed tubes.

If you are thinking of doing any wiring work on your SW, or similar aged toyota, THIS WEBSITE has all the crucial connectors, everything from ECU to alternator, dizzy to igniter connectors. So for your full re-wire or new aftermarket management install you can avoid chopping and splicing the loom and being left with unreliable solder connections and cut off wiring stubs. There is also tweaked performance, but their prices are double (or more!) the prices at chasebays!
